Describing Dam Mantle's music to someone is probably one of the greatest challenges that any person could ever attempt. The dark and obscure feel combined with his abstract trip hop styling makes him a pretty difficult character to pin. Here's what you can expect: Plenty of down-tempo voice samples, a beat that haunts the soul, and perhaps a slight wobble here and there. The man behind the "Dam" project is Glasgow based producer Tom Marshall, a name not foreign to the likes of Electronic mastermind Gold Panda, the very man Tom recently finished touring with in April. Now it seems Tom has moved onto his next musical product the "WE EP" coming for us on the 25th of July.
