Named after Debbie Gibson's classic 1980's song, Electric Youth is polished music with a genuine 80's sound. They've been a favorite 1980's revival band of mine for a while, mainly because of how damn authentic they are. When I listened to Faces for the first time I really thought I was going back to the future. They do use a bit of sampling here and there but for the most part these guys are genuine.
And any serious fan of the 80's has probably seen the movie Blackmoon Rising. You know the one about the badass car? Starring Tommy Lee Jones? No? Well the car chase scene is the perfect visual aid for Right Back to You. Makes me wish I could dance.
