Somehow in the midst of all the chaotic synth noise that comes from my inbox, I found vocalist/violinist Kassandra Papak's email containing a track that more than caught my attention. Think Feist without the annoyance of Leslie Feist's whispery voice and cutesy piano. The voice is stronger the piano is jumpier and the music is all around better, which brings me to my first wonder... why has Leslie Feist's whispery ass gotten commercial deals, while this band sits deep in the realms of the underground. I don't mean to sound like one of those generic youtube comments here, but "WHY ISN'T THIS MORE POPULAR?!?!" (Oh yeah and it's free on their soundcloud, so show some love)
