Memoryhouse

All this lo-fi music has really started leaving a sour taste in my mouth, hundreds of bands with desaturated album art and volume so lo you cant even hear the music. It aggravates me yeah, but I can still admit that the lower fi crowd can create wonderfully breathtaking music. Memoryhouse's Heirloom is the perfect example of how much I can truly appreciate this genre. After watching the music video it inspired me to go buy a silent camera and film the rest of my life to the last breath. I will then compile a video of my life's greatest moments with this song as the tear inducing melody to play off my soul.

If you want more info on the footage in the music video it was taken from a vintage film made in the late 60's called Le lit de la vierge, do some google searching

  1. You might have noticed but they just signed to Sub Pop, a month ago or so, together with Still Corners which is basically the same kind of music.
